Team needs to draft a BIG DT so we can move ratliff to the outside.

We need a center.

Secondary to me is perfect when barry church is back next year.

center isn't a problem, cook was playing well in the big games
ratliff needs to restructure his contract and move to DE as I have been saying, though we run less of a traditional 3-4 with Ryan anyway
sign a few DT
Give doug free a reality check or bring in someone to compete with him
restructure Miles' contract or cut him and bring in someone who can play 16 games. regardless, we need more weapons at WR. Though I love harris and beasley, look at the GB packers WR corps. so many weapons.
Get another RB to help murray. he is too injury prone to shoulder the load and felix jones gets arm tackled by highschool kids
our secondary is finally not an issue, though bring in depth at Safety. Sensabaugh is very "meh"

Garrett needs to stay. Bring in a TRUE offensive coordinator who will call halfback screens and learn to truly abuse the blitz instead of relying on witten to run his outs or hook routes. not have all WRs running intermediate routes with a 6 man rush lol

We will consider holmgren, who i wouldn't necessarily mind replacing garrett, but i have a lot of faith in garrett's system. his playcalling is a little bland though.

Our team is finally playing with accountability and heart. we are putting the pieces together

How would you feel about norv turner as OC?

Oh by the way Kevin Ogletree better not be back next year.

Dwayne Harris has stolen his job and they still let ogletree play more then harris

I like Norv as OC as i have previously stated in another thread. Him and Garrett together could be brilliant.

And Ogletree is faster than harris. Faster off the ball, Faster in and out of cuts, more acceleration and top end speed. But he can't run a hot route to save his life lol. That being said, I would not be unhappy if we cut him. Guy is like Martellus Bennett in my eyes

Harris is great in space and has great hands and runs a good route. lacks elite speed, but he can develop.

We need victor butler to step up or someone to step up when we give Ware a rest. Ware gives 110% every snap when healthy. Watching him last night was painful

Develop cole beasley in the slot and turn him into our wes welker. Force the safeties too creep in and let dez and jason witten oppose the middle of the field
