VY officially signed to a one year deal. Speculation on twitter that he's there to run scout team and help prep for guys like Kaep / Wilson. Seems to be getting shot down. Best writers saying he's there to compete for backup job, which I always hate.

They obviously had absolutely no faith in their current backups to have picked up VY. Ofc they're worried about keeping Godgers healthy w/o BB but I think they could have done a better job at finding someone to fill that role other then VY...

harrell has always been incredibly inaccurate and coleman has little chemistry with the WRs. I'll buy the VY read-option theory and i'll also buy that he's an upgrade at QB even without touching our playbook
