I'm for sure sick and tired of our QB getting murdered every year. If we aren't gonna protect the QB then we have found a great recipe for future #1 draft picks..

Best way to protect the QB is running the ball. New RB, Tunsil not terrible start. I'm not the biggest fan of Murray, but he was a terrible fit with the Eagles/Chip.

Jags picked up Kelvin Beacham today. We're killing it in FA this year. Super Bowl bound!

He'll definitely push Joeckel for that starting LT job, once he gets healthy enough. He's coming off an ACL tear though and may not be ready for the start of the season.

Great pick up in Beachum. If we didn't resign Penn then he was my #1 priority to replace him. I've actually gotten to work with him off the field... He's a great guy. Very active in the community and especially in education. Super smart. Hope he does well for you guys

I hope so. Joke needs the push. Joke actually didn't do "that bad" last year. I saw an article the other day where Caldwell said he had 2 sacks given up the whole season going into the last Texan game last season. Not bad, but, sacks aside, he allowed a lot of pressure on BB5 last year.

I've heard some people mention maybe moving Joke to guard and letting Beachum take over LT. To even make that plausible Joke would have to get A LOT stronger.

Joeckel isn't moving to guard and he isn't going anywhere this season. People think he isn't strong enough at OT, he'd get straight pushed around at OG. Joeckel played well at times last season. He did only give up 2 sacks on the season, going into the Texans game. He gave up 5 sacks in the game though and that can't happen. I think a big problem was having terrible Beadles at LG. Beadles was far and away the weak link on the OL and I think that hurt Joeckel some.

The Beachum contract is a true prove it type deal. Low money amount, with lots of incentives.

At the worst, hopefully he pushes Joeckel and Joeckel takes that next step. At best, Beachum heals up completely and is our stud LT for the future. Either way, it's good they finally got some competition at LT.

Pretty sure we've did most everything we're gonna do in FA. It's draft time now.

A trade back would be very interesting
