He is 31, but he was productive last season and he's a big veteran presence. Was looking forward to him mentoring Cooper.
I don't see many scenarios where Crab isn't our #2 receiver to start the year.
I'm not a big fan of cutting him, cause like you say he was productive and he could really help Amari. He was also by far the most reliable receiver on the team.
That said, he's on the wrong side of 30 and is past his prime. I see why they wouldn't feel great about paying him 6 million over the next 2 years when we have multiple receivers who are better
