both Irsay and Pagano doesn't seem to care about Peyton, didn't mention him and when Irsay did, he said Peyton should've kept his comments to himself about empty complexes etc

Irsay lives on twitter how can he criticize peyton for voicing his opinion? The superbowl is being held in Indianapolis which is strongly because of what Peyton has done for the organization. Without Peyton they may not even be the Indianapolis colts, they might have moved.
