I'm not saying about what will actually/could actually happen, I mean he should just take a pay cut and make up for it in endorsements. An actual pay cut, so he makes less over the short and long term, but it helps the team.

I honestly don't understand it other than ego, because if we win another SB his endorsement income could sky rocket.
