Don't make a rookie mistake and drink non-alcohol mouthwash.

Alcohol mouthwash before bed is going to exacerbate problems with dry mouth for those who have it. So I have alcohol for AM nonalcoholic for PM.

Ideally listerine total care zero alcohol, but that keeps being out of stock so I buy the Crest equivalent. Definitely don’t buy anything with glycerol, which is basically sugar and destroys your teeth
