The team that he's currently with has to give permission.
Jonathan Gannon has been interviewing for the Texans head coaching job, and is believed to be the front-runner. I think he has done two or three interviews at this point.
It's strange to think they're applying for other jobs while in the middle of a playoff run with their current team, but I get it.
