Coaches make such a big difference I'm really glad for PC, JS, and Paul Allen letting them do whatever.

Raiders I feel like are in a good place for next year as far as coaching goes. That defense is going to start showing up after this off season

Bucs have always been pretty average. Getting the right staff around a young team could do wonders for that organization.

With Lovie it was probably some behind the scenes shit, like he was being stubborn about personnel decisions or banging the owner's granddaughter.

The obvious success of the team may have made him overplay his hand a little and step on the wrong toes, similar to what happened with Mark Jackson in the NBA.
