I see a lot of Waynes and while it makes sense I truly believe if cooper or white are on the board we take them. Wallace trade doesn't mean anything. He isn't a #1 and his deal is essentially a 1 year tryout since we can cut him with no dead money next season. I believe right now is the time to groom teddy and get him a target he can grow his career with (and his highschool teammate)
I know you aren't high on cooper but I am he is a route running possession freak which is still what we need.
Also there is plenty of capable #2 CBs in the second round and knowing how well Zimmer wipes people into shape I wouldn't be surprised we grab Peters in the 2nd if he is there.
I'll just play GM for fun and say what I think their big board is
1)cooper 2) white 3) Waynes 4)Parker/ scherff 5)Collins (hopefully trade back for) wild card if randy Gregory some how fell this far I would not be surprised at all if we drafted him before Waynes we have been working him out a ton I am pretty sure we have hosted him and had 2 more private workouts.
So if we grab our WR (praying cooper falls) I think then we grab a CB like peters or carter in the 2nd then AJ cann or Tomlinson in the 3rd that is my hope draft for now (subject to change)
