While that may be true, do you know how many attempts there were at pick n Sants during the year on the 1 yard line?

I saw a stat on the Seahawlks 1 and goal running plays. Was 1/6 I believe. Do you think that contributed to the throw?

They called that play to try and be confusing. Not be so readable

I'm under the impression beast modes contract is up this offseason, and it'd cost more to keep him if he had the superbowl winning touchdown. *shrug*

The way the game is played today, coaches trust stats and mismatches more than their own players at times.

I dont think Butler is getting the credit he deserves because people question the playcall so much. He made a great split second read and made a tough catch.

Can't agree more with this post. Butler made one HELL of a play. If I was Seatles OC, I sure as hell wouldn't have expected it... I mean he jumped that route. If he misses, we wouldn't be having his discussion...
