You could probably project a rush LB among our top needs in the draft. Both Suggs and Doom are like 32 and 31 respectively (iirc), and McPhee will probably get paid in FA by someone else. I honestly don't know who would rush the passer if one of them went down... I guess more Upshaw, which would suck balls.
I'm really liking Kikaha as a day 2 pick. He'll probably go higher though. Orchard could also probably fit in our system like McPhee did, playing OLB, DE, and even some DT on a full blitz like McPhee did.
I think a lot of people are sleeping on rush-LB this year as a big need, kind of like how I said CB was quietly a big need last year. Now CB is a major fucking need lol, and LB will be the next major need in the next couple years.
/also, I hate how charlie/walt repeatedly slot Aghalor to the Ravens in round 2 every time. USC WRs have a history of being overrated that I don't like. I'm glad you did not project that here
Didn't you yell at me in an earlier mock saying that pass rush isn't a pressing need? Now of course that was earlier in the season so things obviously could always change but regardless I do agree with you but I usually always just mostly go off of what you guys tell me for needs so that may change this week's mock.

You never have any D2 buzzins in your drafts :(
Can't complain about your projections for the Chiefs though. Hit all the needs well.
Give me a list of DII guys to look into then lol.

Vic Beasley who could be a top 10 pick, Shaq Thomas who could be a mid first round pick because of a weak LB class and Marcus peters who some team could take a chance on in the first or second like Janaris Jenkins, damn randy you are really trying to hype the cardinals draft :D don't act like you can sneak it in there
You know how we do.

Making people up, rigging secret santas, corrupting the high council and now rigging mocks like a boss.

Honestly though, and I know you were just busting my balls, but those are all very real possibilities for the Cards. Beasley is falling some right now. Not because he's declining but because others are on the rise, primarily Dupree and with so much pass rushing talent in this entire draft, teams may overlook the position to snatch another position of need that isn't so deep. Hell, I have Markus Golden going one pick after us in the second, if we took him with our first I'd have absolutely no problem with it, this pass rushing class is that deep.
Shaq is a tough one to place. I don't see first round talent there because his position isn't defined. He needs to really show what he's going to be able to do at the NFL level and where he fits in a defense at the combine to really secure which round he's worthy of going in. First though is a bit early for him imo.
And Peters is just Honey Badger 2.0 except Tyrann was kicked off early in the season while Peters was at the very end so Tyrann's situation was much more blown up and covered. Third round is where Peters is going to go most likely and the Cards are one of the few teams that have shown the willingness to draft troubled players and success in turning them around (again, Honey Badger primarily as of late).

Dick hard. Would be a great draft. Tbh I'm almost at that point where id prefer Williams over amari. Great draft randy.
You should be hoping for Williams to fall, then get a WR later on. There's too much WR talent this draft to warrant a top 10 selection on one.
