poor mans Davante Adams B)

Played a decent amount of basketball with this guy..

Far and away the most athletic person I've ever seen IRL, the way he moves... Almost seems humanly impossible.

I don't think Mariota threw a single pass over the top of a defender today. All of them were lasers to wide-open receivers.

Jameis makes NFL throws regularly, Mannion and Grayson too.

He might be the best QB prospect that Oregon has produced lately, but all you gotta do is look at all the failures of them at the next level. That's if they even make it that far. That Offense has been scheme first for a while. It pumps out good college players, but not so much at the next level.

Jameis is far and away the best NFL QB prospect in this draft. I really liked Mannion last year. Grayson I will root for regardless because we have the same home life ties. We went to the same baby sitter together as kids and he's as local of a prospect as it gets.

Winston is by far a better NFL prospect than Mariota. The difference is night and day.

My homering knows no bounds.

Neither does my racism, black QB = bad call.

This is why I'm just blown away by all of the Mariota #1 overall hype. I get that he has all of the height, arm strength, and mobility you could want, but you're taking a huge leap of faith if you expect him to develop into the kind of passer that can make NFL throws.

I would rank him below Bridgewater from last year, and he went at the back of the 1st. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Mariota falls in the draft

Marcus with Kelly?
Oh my god the second coming of Jesus would happen.

I believe in Mariota with every ounce of blood in my body.
I would give all my children to see those two reunite

The Eagles would be the best place he could go and honestly they'd be the best chance at success for him.

But Bridgewater played in a pro style Offense and has better pocket presence. Teddy Ballgame totally ran that Offense, while Mariota is just a piece. He's a big piece, but he's still just a piece.

Teddy never should have dropped as far as he did and if the draft was redone, there's zero chance he makes it out of the top 10. Which he never should of made it out of anyways, but people were scared off by his average-slightly above average arm strength and his ability to maintain weight consistently.

Don't forget his combine hand measurements lol

Accuracy is not something that is easily developed, at least from my observations.

Agreed 100%.

Accuracy in college and accuracy in the NFL are two completely different things. Mariota is going to find out real quick like that he isn't going to be gifted with guys running wide open, multiple times per game without a defender 10 yards around him in the NFL.
