They still have a top 10 defense, maybe even top 5. Bennett is not overrated & is an improvement. Got a top 3 WR last year, a top 10 RB, Cutler isn't even terrible.

Teams not gonna score much this year.

I think the defense will struggle. Weak at LB, I dont think our secondary will be that good compared to last year. Tim Jennings and Tillman were so lethal, but I dont see Jennings getting 9 INTS again and Tillman punching out as many fumbles as he did last year. With Lovie gone, and our new defense coordinator who never ran a Cover 2 defense, I think it will cause a lot of chaos.

Offensively, Bennet is absolutely a huge improvement. I like that he is a complete TE, but is hands arent the best. I may be wrong, I just have a feeling. Problem with Jay @ qb is his attitude and decisions making. Not to mention he cant stay healthy (obv the o-line has a great deal of blame for that, but one more concussion and Jay might be in trouble).... same with Forte, I LOVE him, but he cant stay healthy either. I just dont know if all the improvements on the offensive side of the ball will take us to the next level.


The Bears were bum slayers last year. Beat the crap teams, got beat by any decent team. And unless we get the same about of turnovers from our defense, then they will struggle.
