It should be listed that if both parties have or show knowledge that there is a bet taking place..its ON. Not that a magical word has to be exactly said to make it an official bet.

Exactly. Those of us that have been around know that pm bets mean shit in these circumstances, but bettors that come around during playoffs do not know that.

We should really make stricter guidelines but it is hard to please everyone with the wording...
