You are trying to prove a point with Wikipedia, this in itself shows how badly you fail. I will continue though.

Now you are linking to a broken website to try and win a case against GPA standards while the link is for scholarships and not what we are even discussing.

Supporters point out that many students would be unable to receive a higher education at all, but for the availability of athletic scholarships. Whereas academic scholarships are predominantly awarded to students coming from middle and upper class backgrounds (who could afford a better education in the first place)<< answers question about before, athletic scholarships tend to go to poorer, less privileged students, more often from minority backgrounds.

you couldent even point to my country on a map, so your opinion counts for a grain of salt.

my links neva work, prob cause american website cant handle them.

i honestly hope you don't actually believe the urban myth that you get 600 points for writing your name correctly.

but yes, i was referring to an 800 combined on math/reading. had a good amt of people with 700-900 scores that got into ECU.

yes, let's supply the kids who are good at sports with a free education and not those who actually made the grades in high school and plan to actually use their degree in the future. let's give Tyrone a full ride since he can run a football and pass 8 PE's.

we could give henry over there a start as quarterback for the new england pats even though he has no idea how to throw a ball, but he can give you a formula to find the mass of the sun...

also this website doesnt surport the  underscore button when i link it, hence the broken link

Whether the website supports the underscore or not you are still trying to prove a point using Wikipedia. Also I came from a poor family and got a proper education through a public school. The reason these kids are not getting a proper education is because they do not want the proper education. You don't even know what you are talking about, yet I am talking from personal experience. Please try and educate yourself on the subject before trying to have a conversation about said subject.

The personal experiences that I speak of is that I was a poor student who got an academic scholarship to a private University. You are speaking of others experiences that you found on Wikipedia which allows any ignorant drunken European to edit it to say whatever he feels like. You also should stop talking about being a sharpened tool when you can't even properly speak your native tongue.
