Bengals even borrowed the Chiefs refs and then at the last second gave them to the Ravens to borrow.

It might lessen injuries but all I see is even more injuries this year, and most years past for the most part. Adding a game to everyones schedule, shortening preseason. All leads to more money for the NFL to capitalize on.
You have to get to the 30 now to make your return even equal with a touchback now, so in turn you’re still having injuries on kick offs occur because they have to have a better return to even get what a touchback would be.
They may as well just eliminate kick offs and start everyone at the 20. It seems starting at the 30 teams are just needing to run a couple of plays and they are already in their opponents side of the field. It’s also increasing the amount of 4th down go for it plays because more often than not they are getting to mid field/opponents 40-45 yard line out of field goal range and going for it. Thus more injuries occur.
