They are most likely to perform at a high level of any position (TE is worst, followed by QB), and most likely to get the workload when drafted in the 1st. Volume is typically the most important aspect of RB putting up big stat lines and you're right there's a good correlation between RBs getting drafted in the 1st and immediately getting the workload & production.
