I'm not a fan of drafting RBs in the 1st round and certainly not top 10. Bijan is a beast, but RB that high is a luxury pick and should be one of the last pieces of the puzzle.

With that said, if the Eagles took him at #10 it'd put that Offense over the top. That is the type of team that can use a luxury pick on the RB as the final piece on Offense.
