They might have something in place where if the texans pass on him we might jump to 2 to snag him

Well current rumours have Texan's taking him #1 or Falcons trading for #1 for him.
However, if he isn't taken at #1.... #2 pick would be expensive.
I think we could possibly get #3 / #4. Prob for 1st / 2nd / 4th.
