I could understand giving Green and Harris another shot. Starks is just terrible. Only reason he's still around is the slim hope he'll return to what he did in the playoffs of the Super Bowl run.

Depth and didn't like what they saw from Perry in his limited time on field would be my guess. I know he was only in for a few games before the injury, but scouts were already calling him a bust last year.
