Signed WR Chris Harper to the roster from the practice squad. I liked what I saw from this kid in preseason, him and Dobson will be fighting for reps at #3 WR I imagine, I think Keshawn Martin's hamstring is still bothering him but maybe he'll be back monday night? not sure yet
