not sure about divisional round, but Atlanta is hands down the team (besides ours obviously) out of the 3 other teams in the championship games I wouldn't mind seeing win one, didn't want Rodgers to win a second and really really really did not want to see big ben win a 3rd lol.

think you mean atlanta here? (second bold) lol

IMO this will be the most painful loss since the second Eli SB win. I am pretty confident though, sure they are going to score on us but i feel really good about stopping their offense outside of Julio. I had a good feeling about the last game as well and we dominated the steelers. fingers crossed

I actually did mean NE, but it was suppose to say loses, not wins :P .

I'm just trying to remain calm. I feel more confident about this game than I did in the AFCCG against Pitt. Who knows though. I for some reason knew Atlanta would blow out Seattle, and I had them beating GB, but I thought it'd at least be close. GB looked awful, but it still just scares me that they rofl stomped a team that beat us in NE and a team that usually beats us. Doesn't mean anything of course, but I'm just apprehensive of how powerful their offense is. It seems that it's been a theme for the past 10 or so years for the #1 offense to get their shit pushed in if they manage to make the big game.

As always though, it's an any given Sunday situation. Both of these teams could beat anyone on any day. Just gotta hope we don't make stupid mistakes and it'd be nice if Ryan gifts us with a couple of picks or a fumble.

If you've watched their games, (the GB game included) there were a lot of mistakes GB didn't capitalize on.

I'll be certain that Patricia will have them ready for it.

normally odd stats don't matter to me much, but BB is 3-22 against coaches that have never played v him before.

That's pretty crazy.

Oh, I know lol. GB shit the bed, and I'm glad. I like our chances against Atlanta more than I did against GB. Regardless of how beat to shit GB is, Rodgers always has his A+++ game against Brady. Just one team he doesn't fuck around with or make mistakes against. I'd like to think it's because of how much he respects NE/Brady, but who knows.

The entire team let Rodgers down in the first half, and then Rodgers got off his game and started throwing wild passes. It was a pretty unnerving collapse and not something that happens to GB. Sure, they have a shit quarter here and there, but you don't usually see them shit the bed for 3 Qs straight with no answer on either side of the ball to anyone. It was just fucking weird.

I'm feeling more and more confident the more I think about this. I am believing more and more that NE can hold Atlanta to 30 or less. 6 out of 16 games they scored 30 or less points and they lost 5 of those games. The only team they managed to beat when scoring under 30 was Denver, who only had one game over 30 the entire fucking year. Mr. Brady averaged 30.5 points a game in his 12 games (31.2 counting playoffs). The only way we're going to lose this game, is if we beat ourselves with stupid turnovers. Special teams better play safe, our RBs better make sure they have the fucking ball secured, and our WRs better not be bobbling fucking passes that come their way or popping them up to defenders behind them. Atlanta doesn't have a bad pass rush, but we should be able to give Brady a decent amount of time in the pocket the entire game. With the speed of our receivers + white/lewis, we should have someone almost completely open before anyone gets to Brady 95% of the game. No stupid mistakes, no giving away points to a team who doesn't need any help scoring, and we should be able to win this game.

I'm guessing 33 to 28 NE. I would love if just fucking one time NE could just blow someone out in the SB, but I don't think it's ever going to happen. They love making us die with every single play in the 4th quarter. Hopefully it's been a decent game and I'm not shit housed by the time We're pushing down the field for that final drive to win the game.

Only 4 more days, 4 long fucking days. It's coming though and I couldn't be anymore excited. Throwing a big party at my house. I unfortunately don't know a lot of football fans, but I'll have 2 other NE fans with me, a couple of rando fans, and then a bunch of people who just like to drink and laugh at how excited or pissed I get on every play.

oh, i was talking about in sb51, not the entire season.

i think that we will go with a dink and dunk attack with lewis as the main rb
but i can also imagine a situation where we ground and pound with blount, i just think its less likely in this particular matchup

"fuck the jets"

lmfao

when i was younger, i watched this thing over and over until my vhs player broke
made me hate the jets with a passion ever since

ive never seen that before. shit made me laugh so fucking hard. Best of luck this Sunday vs My Falcons.
