I think we need a complete overhaul. Front office, coach, QB, etc. Trying to duct tape these pieces together every week has been hard to watch

Sup brothers and sisters been a long time but the peasant is back. Raiiidddeerrss!
On another note. I do not like where we are at. We do not know what team we will get on sundays. I’m tired of us playing down to our opponents level when we are the favorites. Fortunately we have been playing up to the competition of better teams most of the time. I want to believe in Derek but he is so up and down at times. I will give him the benefit of the doubt because he has been through a whirlwind of a season with the rest of our team. Hopefully we can do a bit better than the mighty coin predicted. Thoughts???
