Yep. I'm "okay" with Bortles/Bridgewater at 8. I understand if they want Manziel at 8. Any other QB there is a horrible reach.

I'd be fully for this only i we take Mack (who won't be there at 8) Gilbert or maybe Barr if we don't get QB. One of the three QBs I do have faith in however, they will be sitting for a year behind Norv Turner who has turned pretty much every QB he works with into a solid starter

i want manziel over any other qbs. Im also really interested with McCarron in 2nd round, if we dont draft a qb in the 1st obviously. i just think his style at QB is just want we need and have been looking for. nothing special, just someone who can make smart decisions consistently and make throws from the pocket. Don't be afraid to take the sack, throw the ball away etc.



Barr would be a big reach at 8. I dont know much about gilbert besides what ive read. I really like CJ mosley though so wouldnt mind that even though thats kind of a reach, but not really.

Mosley is sorta a reach, rated a 20 player by most, can't shed blocks well, but if we trade back I wouldn't mind drafting him in the teens, as for Barr I don't really think the vikes should go after him since he is strictly a rushing OLB which isn't what our scheme for LBs have been so i doubt think he is a good fit. But Gilbert is probably the only defensive player I really like there at #8, unless Mack falls obviously...which won't happen

I really don't want manziel. I just see too much of a train wreck with him.
