this is really cool (pic below)... we have 6 starting players that weren't on the team in 2015. crazy..., Jonathan Jones isn't a starter but he seems to be a hell of a special teams player. KVN & Eric Rowe have been getting a lot of playing time as well.

When Brady first got suspended 4 games, there was a lot of discussion about what it meant for the team (obviously).

One of the things that was brought up was that when we got the playoffs, the fact that Brady had played 4 fewer games might actually have a hidden benefit. Well now here we are, favored to win the Super Bowl. And Brady is going to play in only his 15th game this year. It may have actually worked out better for us in the end that he missed 4 games.

So, if we win the Super Bowl, should we apply this logic to next year? Should Brady just rest a few games next year for the overall good of the team? Maybe take off a few road games .. Denver, Pitt, Jets, Bills... ??

The chances of Brady wanting to sit are slim to none.

Although in terms of keeping Jimmy G around that'd be beneficial if he could play some games.

Always rare to get Belichick in such a good mood like this. Always great to see.

Idk if 4 games were going to make a difference for Brady tbh.

Obviously it's wear and tear on the body, but when the only sugar you eat is avocado ice cream once a week, it's probably nothing.

He's not really ever been a guy who slows down towards the end of the season from taking too many hits or w/e. Just just takes insanely good care of himself and it really shows. We'll see how much longer he can keep playing at this level, it's pretty outrageous he's still doing what he's doing at 39.

Yeah I agree completely.

One of the biggest things my friends like to bring up is how Brady is a baby and can't take a hit, then I show them a compilation of some disgusting hits he's taken from really big dudes and he just gets right back up.

His health is nothing to scoff at.
