The only ugly win has been against SD imo, every other game was a pretty resounding victory for GB. Just looking at the box score isn't exactly a good way to go about determining how close the game really was.

Both the Steelers and Bills games look close for us if you just check those scores. However, anyone that actually watched those games knows how fucking one-sided they really were lol. We'll see how tough GB is after these next two games. I think Carolina is the more worrisome team for them, but they definitely have a much more difficult schedule than we do and they're nothing to scoff at, especially if they pull off back to back wins against undefeated teams. We know Denver shouldn't be undefeated and I expect GB to hand it to them. I'm honestly thinking that GB + NE will be the only two undefeated teams by the end of next week.

If not GB, who are you worried about? No one in the AFC is worrying me much. Pitt could give us some trouble if Bell is playing lights out, but I still don't think their weak defense can withstand the Brady show. Cin chokes in the playoffs, that could change, but I'm just not too worried about them, they already had rough wins against The Ravens, Chargers, and Seahawks. Colts aren't a threat if they have to come to NE, they shouldn't be a threat regardless of where we play. Luck played the best game he's ever played against NE and still couldn't keep up. The Jets could give us trouble in NY, I don't think they can win on the road against us. One of the big concerns with the perfect season is playing Denver @ Denver. Their defense is leagues ahead of ours, and if Manning manages to pick it the fuck up over the next month, they could ruin a perfect season. If we meet them in the playoffs, I don't think they have a chance of beating us in NE and I think Manning will be too fatigued by that point to give us his best. The NFC has a number of teams that could be difficult though, GB is my #1 concern, followed by Carolina and Arizona. If we make the SB again, which is looking like a real possibility at this point, I think it's likely we'll be playing one of those three teams I mentioned, and all three of those teams are more worrisome than any AFC team imo.

Honestly in AFC scariest opponent to me are Steelers and how late they bloom - and how well they do it.

They missed last year's playoffs by 1 game and could have been a force to be reckoned with considering how good their offense was doing.

I think the Packers are hella over-hyped. They haven't been remotely challenged this year, and their defense can be carved up so easily by any over-decent qb.

In order of threats imo:

AFC: Steelers, Jets, Denver
NFC: Arizona, Packers, Vikings - I wouldn't sleep on this years Viks team, they're 4-2 with a fairly tough schedule ahead of them, and if they can pull of the wins against some of those teams then they could very easily be in contention.

I wouldn't be surprised if they sweep GB this year.

Really, Minnesota? That's a pretty crazy pick. I just don't think Bridgewater has it in him to make a deep run. He still makes too many mistakes for me to be intimidated. The kid definitely has potential, and they could be real contenders if they keep building up his supporting cast over the next year or two. Something that's going to hurt them in tight games is Peterson. He's looked hesitant in the backfield, he's having trouble breaking tackles, and he just don't seem to have that fuck shit up explosiveness that he's known for. I'm still hoping he'll bounce back, but they're going to have a real tough time moving the ball if that continues.

Do you think GB will still be overrated if they beat out Denver and Carolina back to back? I agree that Arizona is one of the scariest teams in the NFC, I'm just not sold that they have the stamina to make it through the season. If Palmer goes down again, the team goes down with him. You can't deny how dominate Rodgers is at Lambeau, and I fully believe they'll clench that #1 spot. If AZ stays healthy, I think they've got the best shot at beating GB in GB. We'll get to see how GB does @ AZ later this year, and that'll be another good test for what I believe is a pretty fucking strong GB team. That's one of the main reasons they worry me so much, they've got a couple of really tough games, while NE's toughest games are against divisional opponents who have improved but they're still people we've dominated and humiliated for 15 fucking years now.

I think Pitt could be formidable, but I don't think they can beat NE in NE. We both have high-powered offenses, they've got the edge on the run game, we've got the edge in the passing game, but even our defense is better than Pitt and it's pretty fucking hard to beat Brady in a shoot-out lol, not many people manage to pull that off.

I'm curious to see if the Jets plummet once Geno the joke comes back. If he's terrible and they're too stupid to bench him, then they deserve to miss the playoffs. Denver is a tough one. If the offense could pull their shit together, they'd easily be the best team in the NFL this year. That defense is no joke, and as always, Peyton is stacked with an offense that even Ryan Mallett could find success with lol.

Side note - What happened to your fg this time lol?

I'm off to bed though, it's now 3:09 and I really need to get some sleep.

Oh ya, I think Fitz will have one bad week and they'll fucking panic and throw Geno in. Geno ends up having one good game and there goes their season lol, they'll be too stubborn to switch back to Fitz once Geno starts floundering like we know he will.

Awwww, alright man, I was just curious :P .

Goodnight and fuck ya, GO PATS!

Tbh I'm not very worried about GB.

Some of these wins were very ugly, and way too close for the quality of teams they have won against.

GB defense made Riversgod look like a Hall of famer, and that was without Keenan Allen in the game i think

packers definitely aren't overhyped IMO

#2 HC in the NFL imo (capers brings them down sometimes tho, but their offense scares me no matter who's catching the ball, Rodgers can make shitty recievers look good)

i wouldn't dismiss Cinci as a threat either (dalton usually shits the bed in primetime tho so i can see why one would dismiss them), Cinci's offense is potent and Dalton has looked legit this year

Geno lost his job was already stated by the jets "not those exact words" best thing to ever happen even though fitz is nkt the jets future qb, either is geno and fitz is better regardless of the mistakes he will make.

Wish tenn wasnt so fucking stubborn and gave up their marriota pick to the jets. That kid will never reach his potential on that team. At least other teams would have given him an oline, and some weapons to make plays.

To tell you the truth though i was praying for rivers.
Jets would have had rivers with a legit oline and decker and marshall, we be good for a couple if years and the jets like to take sandiego players anyway.
