A wet football slipped out of Lawrence's hands twice in the 2nd quarter and that's what got you guys back into the game. We were rolling up until then.
Still don't understand how they only give James Robinson 8 touches in a game with weather conditions like that. 17mph winds and heavy rain and the plan is to throw the ball around?
Either way, good game. If you guys are one of the top dogs in the league then our young team isn't far off.
Entering this game the Jaguars had the best turnover margin (+7) in the NFL so far. And, they allowed the fewest sacks thus far (2). They had not allowed a single sack the last two games. Plus, they have had the best rushing defense in the whole league (55 yds/game). Coming off two dominant performances over the Colts and Chargers too.
Iggles ran all over them, but overall the Jags look like a pretty good team. Lawrence dropped the ball a few times on his own but playing in the rain shouldn't be an issue like that for an NFL QB, that was pretty bad lol. Otherwise the Eagles defensive line brought pressure as they have all season which caused the other fumbles as he was sacked.
Doug looks like he has something good cooking in Jacksonville though.
