The Packers reduced the salary of defensive end Johnny Jolly, who has been reinstated by the NFL after a three-year suspension, from $2.521 million to $715,000, according to Rob Demovsky of the Green Bay Press-Gazette. It's not clear if that means they plan to give him a chance to make the team or were merely making a salary-cap maneuver.

packers have signed 3 big FA's since 1995 bro. idk why you thought this was a magical offseason when we stop following our gameplan. if he would have been patient enough to wait til after the draft and still take that pay cut, he would have been a Packer no doubt. but with all the RBs getting signed already, he wasn't about to miss his chance
