ok, here's the plan:

-Chip spends 1 year as an assistant for the Pats
-BB makes sure there is some "leaked audio" of him saying that he taught chip everything he needs to know and groomed him to become the successor
-this will make Chip an A list candidate for every coaching job
-Chip becomes the next coach of the Redskins, where he can make sure the Giants aren't a threat to the Pats AND he can get his own revenge on the Eagles every year
