In one case he was struck multiple times in the head and neck with a skateboard while he was on his back trying to get back up.

In another case he was being chased by a crazy person who had threatened to kill him (according to several witnesses) , had fallen down and shot only when the man was pulling his gun away from him. The crazy man (who turns out is a convicted child rapist, spent fifteen years in prison, and had hours before been released from a mental hospital) had barrel burns on his hands proving he was gripping the barrel when shot.

The third shooting was a single shot fired as the kid had a gun pointed at his head.



None of the outside details are even relevant when you consider this case has more high quality video evidence than any shooting in history. The entire incident was on tape from multiple perspectives from beginning to end with full audio.

Main point is he wasn’t getting “beaten up”.

Sorry we have to do this on the nfl board but wow. No matter how you feel about anything there is more evidence than could have been imagined by any lawyer. I cannot believe there are still conflicting views on what happened here.
