So supposedly the appeal hearing today did not go so well for brady according to multiple sources. Its going to go 2-1 either way it looks like.

The 3 judges were skeptical about bradys explanation of his cell phone disposal.

And at least one (judge) thought the balls were tampered with

The NFLs lawyers also got questioned pretty tough at least supposedly

If Brady is suspended for four games next season the NFL is a complete joke. Everyone agreed they should've dropped the case after they lost instead of dragging it on but they insist on it. Even after their half ass rules were in place for a year that did nothing and caught nobody.

It all comes down to when this current CBA was negotiated the NFLPA fucked up big time and let Goodell have WAY too much power and authority.

These judges apparently aren't as liberal as Berman and have interpreted the CBA differently than Berman. Although Berman had what i thought was a foolproof case it looks like these three judges are more critical of Brady's phone i guess? (which should be irrelevant IMO, because the NFL initially said they didn't need the phone)

The one the the judges were critical of the NFL is they thought the 4 game suspension for the equip. violation was harsh using the word "draconian"

I heard Paul Clement the NFLs (goodell's) lawyer got away with lying to the three judges during the hearing... b/s if true. Didn't hear the whole story but it was on WEEI
