FA signings will weigh heavily on our draft

no tony G ----> need a TE ASAP
no bradshaw and cut turner ----> need a RB ASAP

i would love to sign those two and focus on our line.

if one of them doesn't work then draft an early round rb/te (whichever we can't sign out of FA) and i saw a week or so ago that the lion released vanden bosch too so maybe look at signing him cheap since he's got a good year or two left in him i'm sure?

dunno, lot of possibilities

oh and trade for harvin ofc, offense would be unstoppable with roddy, julio, percy, tony g lol

id give a second for him but cap space makes this look impossible...lol i am also looking at our age'n secondary at cb... ugghhh not to mention ab... if we dont get starters soon at key spots. we will be in pickle in the next two years lol.

Lol nice.... pwnt

How large do you think our window is until we have to reload a little bit?

I mean... we have crap for linebacker depth, secondary could take a hit this offseason, TE gone, no running game, and Ryan is going to want a large contract after this season.

This isn't good with an up and coming Tampa team, and the Saints back in business.

Actually I think Atlanta wil be fine... Maybe have a misstep in 2 years but honestly next year could be our best. If Atlanta gets an fa tightend like I think they will cook for example then draft a de 1st trade up for the Rutgers lb 2nd then draft a dt cause the depth at dt in this class is HUGE and it has quality then take a rb that can get our short yardage done... Rest of the picks go toward return man and depth. Reloaded. Then next year look to draft a rookie at cb and etc... I also think that we can get a mauler at gaurd in fa for cheap as well.

http://www.examiner.com/article/tony-gonzalez-wavering-on-retirement-from-atlanta-falcons-sources-indicate

Hope he comes back... that would give us one less need and i think he would come back for cheap so that he could help the team.

There are tons of intresting Fa's such as freeny, osi, bush, and bradshaw. in your opinion who fits us best and for the right price.

Btw we play the seahawks sometime next year and this came out about sherman awhile ago... have been meaning to post it http://www.sportsoutwest.com/2013/02/15/richard-sherman-roddy-white-easy-matchup-seahawks-falcons/

cant wait to see that matchup lol.

btw if we do pick up any of these Fa's i still think our draft needs stay the same with DE/DT/TE/RB/OG/Return Man Still a big need.

i lol'd at the "things you may like" having a nude octomom on it at the bottom of the tony article

anyway, hopefully tony decides to give it another go which allows us to focus on bolstering the line in the draft rather than an immediate gaping hole at TE

as for the FA's they would all be great fits tbh. Bradshaw has a ton of passion and wants to be out there every down so i could see him and quizz pushing each other hard for carries. Bush fits well if the falcons decide to go up tempo no huddle which Ryan seems to excel at. And freeny makes an obvious upgrade on defense, especially if they are reloading for another run next season (he's getting old so not a great long term answer)
