I'm pretty sure we had him on our South team at the Senior Bowl. That only helps us and I'm sure it's a big reason why he decided to sign with us as an UDFA.

So the Ram's GM Les Snead called us after the 1st round ended and offered us their 41st overall pick and Zac Stacy for our 36th overall pick. We obviously declined the trade.

We also were heavily interested in trading up for either Gurley, or Gordon if they were still on the board past the 20th overall pick. Caldwell said they had 3 RBs with 1st round grades. Gurley and Gordon being the 1st two. Yeldon being the 3rd with a 1st round grade.

There's really not a lot to not like about Yeldon, you just hope it all translates over and he continues his success at the NFL level.
