Man that's wack. I remember hearing people having luck getting a secured card through a credit union if you know of one near you. There's basically no risk for them when they have your cash idk what's wrong with your bank lol

I should probably look for a better CC, but I must say having the one through my bank is pretty convenient as far as online banking is concerned.

Bank has been okay to me (A few times someone got into our shit and went on a shopping spree though it was refunded)

My capital one quicksilver and chase freedom unlimited do 1.5% on everything, and then my pnc cash rewards is 4% gas, 3% restaurants, 2% grocery stores. I have like a dozen cards with 10k limits, they keep giving me offers like 500 cash when you spend $3,000 in the first 3 months. I just shift my normal spending and bills from one card to another and then go back to my rewards cards once I've earned the bonuses.
