He's been like that all season, hence why the beat writers were tweeting that it was fitting his last catch as a Packer was for a TD.


As for Driver, he sounds very mixed. He knows he won't be in GB next year but seems to want to still play. Obviously hard to imagine him in another uniform.

fuck him and his old spice commercials. reminds me of Prince right before he bounced out of Wisco.

Was reading an article about Finley earlier. He's quoted saying he wants to remain a Packer for life. Maybe I'm too forgiving but I think he really started to find his stride late this season. Haven't seen the drop numbers but he didn't hurt us in the stretch run nearly as much as he has in the past. Very interesting situation. I'd be all for giving him another shot, especially with Jennings departing. Though that said, losing Jennings might not even be that big of a deal. The offense evolved this year where Jones and Jordy took his role of deep threats and saw him become more of a possession receiver. I'm sure we can get a more physical guy to fill that role for less money and who isn't as injury prone as GJ has become.

MM to speak at 4 and assistants at 4:20. Can't wait to see what Capers has to say.

MM says Capers isn't going anywhere though. Not what I wanted to hear. I get the concept of not making knee jerk reactions, but he hasn't faired particularly well outside of 2010. 09 was a 51 one point debacle in the playoffs. Last year was arguably one of the worst defensive efforts in the history of the league. And now a guy making his first playoff start after only playing for half the year flat out embarrassed Capers and the D and virtually no adjustments were made to try and stop it.

I like what Capers has done to transform the defense, but I've had enough of this. If he's staying, they need to change their roster philosophy of being heavy with LBs and TEs and get us some damned DL depth. I also think Walden needs to be cut immediately. It makes me sick to watch the replay of this game and see him have no idea what contain means. He gets caught in the wash over and over and Kap runs right by where he should have been. I could coach 7 year olds to stop that.
