For those of you who don't really pay attention to the whole 'Agent Game'...

Barns and Parker (Suh's old agents) were guys who used to make all their money on all-star rookies coming into the league. They were the guys who would hold out until their clients got paid. They were notorious for not working well with teams. Since the rookie cap guys like this have had to stop focusing on making their money on rookies and use their vets. They are now playing hardball with teams using guys like Suh. The fact that Suh fired them is good for the Lions.

The lions aren't going to be able to offer suh as much as others teams can.

The good news is --this isn't baseball--and the difference won't be that substantial.

What it will come down is whether or not suh wants to be a lion.

I've seen evidence to suggest he loves it in detroit


I've also seen the rumors of him not liking detroit--he's denied them--and I believe him.

Suh is a top ten player in the nfl --and that's not homering

wouldn't mind if he wasn't on the team next year. the contract he is going to require will never be justified by the amount of plays made by a DT. also, would be stepping away from the "bad boy" reputation we've had the last few years. open cap space would allow us to spread the money around to different positions (CB, WR).

I can live with 5 out of 280 touches, that's 1.785% of the time.

Also the hand that looks like its fumbling is the defender he is running through, his hand is the one in the white glove clearly grasping the ball, much like you are grasping at straws.
