I heard its like almost impossible for us to sign him a new contract with all the cap space he takes, him and fairley. I think we should cut Nate Burleson imo

This. He fired his agent but can't get a new one for 5 days. Meanwhile he is in Hawaii for the pro bowl. Lions, Suh and Caldwell want him to stay in Detroit.

How much would that free up? I think he needs to be cut too. Especially since we could end up drafting Watkins or Evans.

I could be wrong but I think 7.5 mil... I'm sure he would take a paycut however

I've only seen it from Twentyman but he has said Burleson is willing to take a paycut to stay in Detroit.

I highly doubt suh fires his agent if he's not interested in testing the free market--remember those rumors that suh hates detroit --those rumors may have been true

We will have to wait it out and see
