The Browns went 10-22 during Rob Ryan's two seasons as coordinator. When Eric Mangini was fired after the 2010 season, Ryan had one year left on his deal. He wasn't asked to interview to replace Mangini.
"It's not like they asked me to stay," Ryan said. "But they should have. But I would have said, 'No.'"
Ryan said he hasn't discussed his feelings with the players.
"Honestly, I am going to say none," Ryan said. "Honestly. Honestly. Honestly, I am going, to say, 'No.' Honestly, I haven't talked about.
"Honestly, I don't know how that got out there. Honestly, I don't know."
Honestly?
"I've addressed a few things," Ryan admitted with a smile.
