OC has done a good job bringing Carr along IMO. Not too opposed to him. DC doesn't understand how to use our personnel, he needs to go.

I disagree. Carr has the league's worst 5 YPA. It's not hard to be a decent QB in the NFL if you're throwing underneath every single play. I don't think Carr should be attacking secondaries every play, but our play calling hasn't been helping him grow. It's been helping him stay where he's at. Plus like you mention, the 1-2 yard runs up the middle with DMC have got to stop. But at a certain point I think that might just be our shitty running backs. Murray was the only RB I've seen bounce it outside when there was nothing up the middle. DMC and MJD have no vision it would seem haha.

I think you might be the only Raiders fan who is okay with Olson lol. There are billboards up calling for his job haha.
