Hear the same thing about #Jaguars in FA as I did while they searched for coaches: Things have changed. People want to go there now.

I read that McCourty was all but ready to leave the Pats. That he called them up and thanked them for the last 5 years, but he was moving on. That's when they (the Pats) ponied up the extra money that McCourty wanted and he decided to stay.

Rumors are that McCourty was going to take our deal and be a Jag.... Hopefully the Pats don't continue their shady shit and screw him over in a couple years. That's highly doubtful though considering it's the Pats.

When free agency opens up on Tuesday after 4:00 pm ET, the #Jaguars are expected to sign LB Dan Skuta, per league source.

Looking at him for the OTTO LB position I'd assume.

Like gameplan for #Jaguars filling specific needs with players still in prime. No players near end of career like Raiders signed last year.

Sucks you guys signed JT. He seems like one of those players who would give Claiborne a run for his money in having the lowest Wonderlic. Guy is dumb as a stump, often lines up in the wrong spot and runs the wrong routes. Had better hope Bortles can babysit him like Peyton did. Had also better hope he isn't blocking for anyone either. I remember that game-losing sack (or was it a pressure that led to an INT?) he had in a Broncos/Colts game. Peyton would have come back were it not for his pathetic blocking.

blah blah blah, wont be terps trolled, but we still have Marcedes as the blocking TE until he's officially released.

Surely even you can admit JT is a retard who can't block. He is one of the most athletically gifted TEs in the game, but he is about as smart as a pile of shit.

As of right now, he doesn't need to block. We have one of the best blocking TEs in the league, in Marcedes Lewis. What we needed is a freak pass catching TE. Lewis and Thomas would make for one of the best TE duos in the league.

Our signings so far..

Julius Thomas TE
Jermey Parnell OT
Dan Skuta LB
Davon House CB
Jared Odrick DE/DT
Sergio Brown FS

Looking pretty good so far. I'll be really upset if we sign DeMarco Murray though. He's not very good and is coming off a season with a ridiculous amount of touches. The curse of 370 is real and Murray blew way past that in carries alone this past season.

Touches are a thing to be worried about, but calling him "not very good" is a little much.

He isn't very good. He's injury prone, has some fumbling issues and ran behind the best OL in the league last year. He consistently had holes that I could have ran through.
