And that's what great coaching does. The Hoody knows discipline and how to coach/run a team.

Everybody on that roster knows if they step out of line, the Hoody isn't going to play around with that shit and he''ll set them straight real fast.

That's why he's absolutely one of the greatest coaches of all time and why he'll easily be a 1st ballot HoFer.
