He needs to learn his place , he's not a superstar. His season proved it . The sooner he learns it the better.

Idk where you get off thinking that Stafford doesn't "know his place." He didn't force his way into these interviews. They asked him to come. The #1 position for a football team is the QB. He is our FRANCHISE QB. He is important. And if this next coach doesn't help him to improve we are fucked... for a long time. Stafford is by far the best QB we have had in a long time. He needs to have a connection with this new coach. This new coach has to make him improve. If you don't see this you are blind.

To me personally, this new coach doesn't need to win us games with his smarts like Belicheck did in 08 without Brady. We just need this new coach to NOT lose us games because there is plenty of talent, especially if we go WR/CB in R1/2. This team is talented enough to win every game but Stafford needs to get back to 2011 form not statwise but with his decision making.

I say we look at Greg Roman from SF, he worked with Andrew Luck in college and Alex Smith and Kaep in the NFL.
