Most definitely.
Nuk! His hands are freakishly large. 52 receptions for 802 yards and 2 TDs as a rookie despite Schaub performing miserably. He just needs somebody to throw it to him consistently and accurately. He could be such a beast in the red zone and rack up double-digit TD receptions if given the chance.
I'm hoping Ryan Fitzpatrick can at least sling some passes down the field. In the long run I think Tom Savage is going to win the starting nod at quarterback. He has all the physical tools you need in a good NFL starting quarterback. Case Keenum has a little experience and did throw one TD pass to DeAndre Hopkins last year, but his lack of size and constant struggles to adjust and read the defenses will hurt his chances.
This could be a fantasy sleeper one day. If he played with an elite quarterback he'd already be a household name.
My honest expectations out of DeAndre Hopkins for 2014: 70 receptions for 1,120 yards and 8 TDs.
