EDIT: go for someone new and inventive/creative not some fucking retread who has failed in numerous spots. Caldwell blows his offense was shit in Baltimore ask the fans and he didnt do much as HC of Indy except with Peyton.

Yes it is, why does it matter. He's there to win games and listen to his hc. His hc is not there to listen to him. He's not a superstar . If it was manning, Brady,rogers,ect ok . Stafford to busy throwing pics to be in that room . He makes shifty decisions on the field. No way I'm gonna trust him to help sign a coach rofl

The reason we are not going for someone "new" is because that is what Schwartz was. We cannot afford to have another 5 year failure with the talent we have right now. We need someone who has been there. Someone who can bring this team's talent together. Not a guy who just MIGHT work out. That is why Whisenhunt was such a good choice.

You want Stafford to improve? Then get a coach who he will listen to, a coach he believes will make him better. Don't bring in some guy who is going to butt heads with him all season.
