Yeah. John gave me advice when I was a little mans about Bartending. He worked as a bartender for years. He always told me to be polite, outgoing especially because that’s how you get your tips.
It was funny cause when we spoke about it and I told him we have like 15% tip standard, he was shocked. He said he’s never had gratuity for his tables and that I’m lucky. I appreciated what he told me even when I was 21.
