So I'm stressing a bit guys and I could use some advice. My boss informed me on Friday that Monday would be her last day working until the 2nd. This is a very small business and it's just her and I. Without her around my work is very limited as I'm not qualified to write most of the medical reports she does. I'm just really fucking fed up right now and I'm not sure what I should do, any suggestions would be helpful. I've been working in the legal/medical field for about two years now but I have no formal education so applying for new jobs in the same field is extremely difficult and I just can't fucking go back to retail.
Sorry for the rant. I'm just stressing and a little overwhelmed at the moment, especially with the holidays and all.
There are ways of reporting unpaid wages.

GL on getting your money. Such a bullshit thing to do to your employees, but I guess if a business owner is near bankruptcy I can see where they wouldn't hesitate to fuck people over to save their last dollar.
