Yeah but usually the case is that one party denies a bet happened. Then there is no proof that it did.

This kid actually acknowledges that he lost the bet. I think that's all the proof you need.

I have a question

Why should non welchers should be put on a black list if we bet with welchers. it is our risk.

because if u bet with welchers ur basicaly supporting welchers...

u can welch all u want ill still bet with u... how can we get rid of welchers that way?
