Jaguars are aiming for the fences: http://www.bigcatcountry.com/2015/1/19/7852713/adam-gase-jaguars-doug-marrone-greg-olson-offensive-staff

Looking to get Gase as the OC, Marron as offensive line coach, and Olson for quarterbacks.

This would be freaking awesome.

Gase interviewing (interviewed?) /w Ravens tonight.

Between Ravens and Jags I believe.

Personally I would prefer Trestman, but I would still enjoy sniping someone from the Jags like I do in our fantasy drafts, hako

That wouldn't make a lot of sense, considering Oakland just hired Bill Musgrave as their check-down offensive coordinator.

I'm going to have a few choice words for all of you Raven fans if that happens, buddy.

The funniest thing about the Musgrave hire, Del Rio hired him as the OC for my Jags when he first got here in 03. Musgrave was only here for 2 years before Jack used him as a scapegoat and tossed him under the bus lmao.

Who do you like more between Gase/Trestman? I'm not sure how much of the Broncos' success was Gase and how much was Peyton. Trestman would fit out ZBS personnel better.

For Bortles alone, I'd rather have Trestman because he can work some magic with QBs. Cutler is what he is and always has/will be, so I don't give two shits about that blimp.

Gase is an up and comer though and we don't really know what exactly he can offer. There's talk he had Bortles rated high and there's young talent to groom on this Offense. We all know how big of egos all these coaches have. Our OC job is definitely a make or break position right now. Turn this Offense around and you're probably getting HC offers in 1-2 years. Don't and you're most likely looking for a new job in 1-2 years.

I've heard terrible things about his work ethic as a coach. Throws people under the bus and gives up on his team
