I think I would be alright with a 15-20 min commute.

I think my ideal apartment would be ~$700/mo for rent. I wonder if that's possible.

for 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom?

it really depends on the location

1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apt was about $1400 because it was right next to the Mall and HCC. Rent was expensive af and lived there for a year

Right now, we are living in 2 bed / 2 bath for $1300

I don't know the College Park area well enough so I dont know how much rent goes for over there but fucking howard county is expensive af

you should look into housing that rents out room if you are looking for cheap options. My friend was paying 500 a month including utility and shit
